Receive the energy of blessings from the Angels of IET®
This month's message is about Simplicity, Courage and Faith. My intention that the messages and blessings be for the highest good of whoever chooses to receive them.
I select 3 cards from the Bag of Blessings* to use as prompts for the messages. I then feel and interpret what additional information comes through for each card. As you read and focus on the blessings, you will receive the energy of them. This, in turn, assists you in releasing blockages and healing traumas that are holding you back from the life you desire. This exercise can be repeated as often as desired to achieve layers of healing.

How to receive the energy of the blessings
You will receive the energy by your intention to do so. Please feel free to use your intuition or to follow these suggestions:
Read the summary of blessings and the detailed messages.
Close your eyes for a moment, relax into your breathing, and feel your attention turning within.
Particularly focus on your heart center and feel it open.
Next, open your eyes and softly gaze at the summary of blessings.
As you breathe, imagine you are breathing their energy into your heart center.
Sit for as long as feels right for you.
As with any intuitive guidance, take only what resonates with you.

Angel Sarah supports our healing journey by helping us to step into our power and flow more easily with life. Many of us are in a constant state of “fight or flight” due to stress. She can help us choose a different response. This blessing helps you get “back to basics” in terms of what brings you joy. If you think about what brings you true joy, isn’t it often the simple things in life? It doesn’t need to be complicated or stressful. You don’t need to try so hard. The blessing of simplicity eases you into your natural state of peace and joy. Allow this feeling to fill you and comfort you whenever you need it. Call on Angel Sarah any time you need help getting back to center with a sense of simplicity.
Archangel Michael assists us by being our pillar of strength and protection. He reminds us that we are always safe and guided on our journeys. This blessing helps us recognize and amplify the courage within that we already possess. Whatever obstacle is in your path, whatever you may be struggling with, or whatever change you want but fear at the same time – this blessing reminds you that it would not be a part of your path if you weren’t stronger than the fear. You are a creative force! Know that whatever is happening in your life, you have what it takes to be successful. Take this blessing of courage with you and keep moving forward! Archangel Michael will be right there with you every step of the way.
Angel Faith empowers us by helping us realize we are free to be ourselves on our own terms. She lifts the heaviness of what we think we should or shouldn’t do (or who we think we should be). These burdens are often placed on us by authority figures, loved ones, or we even place them on ourselves. This blessing helps you to have more faith in yourself. When you put your faith in the opinions of others for guidance, it can pull you off your true path. This can lead to discontent and regret. This blessing reminds you that are divinely guided. You know what’s right for you. You are free to choose. Call on Angel Faith whenever you need help finding faith in yourself.
