beliefs. Releasing these energy blocks

physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. For each harmful energy imprint that is cleared from the energy field, the cellular memory area is filled with the opposite energy.

What to expect during an in-person IET session
Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) works by releasing cellular memories. Cellular memories are suppressed traumas, emotions, fears, doubts, and limiting beliefs. that are stored in the tissues of your body which block energy flow, thus affecting your physical and emotional health as well as your energy level. IET is able to release deeper or more difficult blocks that Reiki alone can not remove because is a stronger and higher vibrational energy. During an IET session I will visit each area of your body where these cellular memories are stored, releasing the cellular memory and replacing it with the opposite. This is accomplished via light touch. During the IET session, Reiki energy will also be flowing, so you will receive the benefits of both forms of healing.
5-Minute Empowerment Session
The purpose of a 5-minute empowerment session is to fill you (and your energy field) with the empowering energies of IET: Innocence, Trust, Pride to be Yourself, Support, Freedom, Love, Forgiveness, Ease, and Safety. These energies can be channeled into you in person or remotely, leaving you feeling strong and uplifted. As the name implies, the treatment only takes 5 minutes. This can be done standalone or as part of a full in-person or remote session.
12-Strand DNA Alignment
This technique is ideal for anyone who is feeling stuck in life or simply wants to accelerate their spiritual growth. The process aligns and clears the energetic channel from your Soul Star (8th Chakra) to your 1st Chakra to support you in living your life's purpose. It uses sacred geometry to empower the energy body to bring the soul's purpose to the physical plane: Energetic Potential --> Envisioning --> Embracing --> Enacting. This treatment only takes a couple minutes to complete. This can be done standalone or as part of a full in-person or remote session.
